3.液壓成套系統用油及工作前提 

推薦采用46號、68號液壓油。最相宜的油溫為30-60℃當油溫低于1℃或大于65℃時禁止開機，為調節油溫可事先采用加熱器或冷卻器。液壓傳動最忌油液變臟變質，否則塵埃糊粘在吸油濾油器上，噪音加劇，泵壽命降低，故要常常保待油液潔凈，應三個月清洗油網一次。 

4.油泵電機的啟動 

液壓站的油泵電機啟動與其它機械一樣，要求空載（卸荷）啟動，等短暫動行后，再行加載工作，一般情況下，工作過程中不宜頻繁啟、閉電機。 

在低溫啟動時，要調整溢流閥到1/2的額定壓力，再反復點動電機，使溢流閥全溢流，以給液壓加溫，待溫度升高至20。液壓油一般為12個月應更換一次，并清洗油箱，去除污垢塵埃。
